Bolster your team’s spirit with a designated marquee area for exclusive use by your corporate or social team.  Entrants can meet up and motivate each other before the big ride and then return to their Team Retreat following the event. 

The Team Retreat includes the following:

1    6m x 3m White Marquee (weighted)
2    Trestle Tables with Linen Cloths
6    White Chairs
1    Bike Rack
1    Corflute sign identifying your site (900mm x 300mm)

Total Hire Cost:    $650 (inc GST)

You are welcome however to provide your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.  We can arrange a gas 4 burner BBQ for your site if you wish to host your own barbie, an additional fee of $99 (inc GST) would be applicable.  Should you wish to bring a professional caterer on site; Brisbane City Council Food & Health Regulations will apply.  Please note:  Vehicle access is limited and power is not available in the Team Retreat area.

In order to comply with the Liquor Licensing laws, please note that no alcoholic beverages are permitted on-site.

Branding your Team Retreat

Leverage your corporate entry further by branding your Team Retreat! Bring along your banners and flags (maximum four) but please note that all signage must be cable tied to the marquee structure or free-standing.  No signs are to be adhered to the marquee walls or pegged into the ground.  Please note that the Team Retreat Package includes a corflute sign identifying your site, featuring your company name (no company logos included).
